After crossing the border, you will be able to explore the markets of Vintimille (on Fridays) and San Remo (on Tuesdays and Saturday mornings). Then, you will ride along a coastline road through little seaside towns and have the opportunity to go for a swim at the beach.

We also recommend that you explore the marble quarries of the region and climb uphill in order to get stunning panoramic views over the rest of the coastline. Curious spectators enjoy watching riders race each other in the streets of Sienna to be crowned champion for the day. A wonderful and unique experience! After leaving town, ride around the Italian countryside to get a real flavour of the bella vita. Ride to the Chianti region to admire vineyards perched on hillsides before reaching your hotel, located in a peaceful little village south of Florence. Night in a studio flat in a village, and near a port.

Distance: approximately 110km.

Il Parco delle Cinque Terre

Spend the day in the national park of the Cinque Terre, a beautiful area with five ancient villages hanging on a short stretch of rocky coast, which are called Monterosso, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola and Riomaggiore. After all those kilometers, this area is perfect for basking in the sun, swimming in crystal clear waters, walking along the Via Dell’Amore, cruising on a boat to admire the coastline, drinking nice refreshing cocktails and eating delicious local delicacies.
